Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in garlic, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt half of the butter.
- Add the chicken breasts, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the remaining butter and stir in honey to create a buttery glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooked chicken and gently toss to coat.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight. You can also swap honey for maple syrup and adjust spices to your preference.
