Description

A delicious combination of Texas barbecue flavors with succulent chicken, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in garlic, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and melt half of the butter.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the remaining butter and stir in honey to create a buttery glaze.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over the cooked chicken and gently toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate for a few hours or overnight. You can also swap honey for maple syrup and adjust spices to your preference.
