These English Muffin Pizzas are the ultimate 15-minute homemade snack crispy, cheesy, and endlessly customizable. Whether you love classic pepperoni or veggie-loaded toppings, these mini pizzas deliver big flavor with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, sliced in half
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz thinly sliced pepperoni, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives
  • Red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish

 


Instructions

  1. Prep the oven: Preheat your broiler and line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Toast the muffins: Split each English muffin and broil for about 1 minute per side until golden.
  3. Assemble pizzas: Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each muffin half. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and a sprinkle of Parmesan and oregano.
  4. Broil until bubbly: Place under the broiler for 2–3 minutes or until cheese melts and turns lightly golden.
