Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it, ensuring it’s all well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or on high for approximately 2 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
