Description

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bell peppers
  • Celery
  • Radishes
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dill (fresh or dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Rinse and trim vegetables; cut into uniform pieces.
  2. Arrange vegetables in a circular pattern on a large platter to create a wreath shape.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
  4. Place the ranch dip in the center of the vegetable wreath.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
