Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon spice rub (use your favorite blend)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional) for extra heat


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with spice rub.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing into strips.
  3. In a medium pot, combine chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and let meld for around five minutes.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and add to the simmering creamy broth.
  6. Serve in bowls, topping with sliced chicken, green onions, and red pepper flakes.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap chicken for tofu and use vegetable broth. Marinate chicken for extra flavor if time allows.
