Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon spice rub (use your favorite blend)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional) for extra heat
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with spice rub.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing into strips.
- In a medium pot, combine chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in minced garlic and let meld for around five minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and add to the simmering creamy broth.
- Serve in bowls, topping with sliced chicken, green onions, and red pepper flakes.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, swap chicken for tofu and use vegetable broth. Marinate chicken for extra flavor if time allows.
