Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
  • 1 pound beef sausage, crumbled and cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, cheese, and cooked sausage.
