Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, adding salt, pepper, and lime juice for extra flavor.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread a layer of the avocado mixture across the center.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, followed by lettuce, diced tomato, and red onion.
- Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Cut in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
