Description

A delightful wrap combining chicken and avocado, perfect for lunches or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lime juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork, adding salt, pepper, and lime juice for extra flavor.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and spread a layer of the avocado mixture across the center.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, followed by lettuce, diced tomato, and red onion.
  5. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  6. Cut in half, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Pairs well with a side salad or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
