Description

A vibrant salmon salad with fresh ingredients and a creamy lemony dressing, perfect for quick lunches or elegant dinners.

Ingredients

  • Flaky Baked Salmon
  • Red Onion
  • Radishes
  • Celery
  • Fresh Herbs (dill or parsley)
  • Creamy Lemony Dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the salmon until it’s flaky and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While the salmon is cooking, chop the red onion, radishes, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Once the salmon is ready, flake it into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and a handful of your chosen herbs.
  5. Drizzle the creamy lemony dressing over everything and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve your salad fresh, either on a plate or in individual bowls.

Notes

For a healthier twist, Greek yogurt can replace sour cream in the dressing. Allow the salad to chill for 30 minutes before serving for better flavor.
