Description

Deliciously tender beef bites infused with garlic butter, complemented by savory potatoes for a mouthwatering experience.


Ingredients

  • Beef (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • Potatoes (cubed)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Transfer the beef to a baking dish. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and toss in the cubed potatoes. Season and sauté for a few minutes before adding to the baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Pour this over the beef and potatoes.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the beef is cooked to your liking.

Notes

Feel free to use any type of potatoes you prefer, such as Yukon Gold or red potatoes. Consider marinating the beef for added flavor, and ensure proper spacing in the skillet for searing.
