Ingredients
- 1 pound beef cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, toss the diced potatoes with half of the butter, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the potatoes for about 20 minutes until they start to become tender.
- Meanwhile, season the beef with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the remaining butter and sear the beef until browned on all sides.
- Once the potatoes are fork-tender, add the beef to the baking dish and return it to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until everything is nicely combined and cooked through.
