Description

A comforting dish featuring tender beef and crispy potatoes infused with garlic and butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, toss the diced potatoes with half of the butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast the potatoes for about 20 minutes until they start to become tender.
  4. Meanwhile, season the beef with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the remaining butter and sear the beef until browned on all sides.
  6. Once the potatoes are fork-tender, add the beef to the baking dish and return it to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until everything is nicely combined and cooked through.

Notes

Best enjoyed with a fresh green salad or a dollop of sour cream. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
