- 4 Potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)

Instructions
- Begin by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.

- Remove the chicken and toss in the potatoes, coating them in the remaining garlic butter.
- Nestle the chicken back into the skillet with the potatoes, cover, and let them cook together for about 20 minutes.
