Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and onion powder. Place them in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic and pour it over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours), or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker for more flavor absorption.
Notes
