Description

Tender bites of steak seared in garlic butter, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting your steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer.
  4. Sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Add the minced garlic and remaining butter just before removing the beef, stirring to coat.
  6. Allow everything to mingle for another minute to enhance the flavors.
  7. Finish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the meat sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking for optimal tenderness.
