Description

Juicy chicken thighs infused with aromatic garlic, perfect for busy evenings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken with garlic and herbs a few hours or overnight. If you want a sauce, add a splash of white wine or broth after cooking the chicken.
