Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, dill, parsley, lemon zest, and juice. Mix well.
- Season the salmon fillets evenly with salt and pepper.
