Description

Succulent roasted chicken infused with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to two months. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
