Description

A delightful twist on a classic favorite, this savory meatloaf features garlic and parmesan mingling with tender chicken for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl, mixing until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. To freeze, wrap individual slices in plastic wrap and aluminum foil for up to three months.
