Description

A delightful fusion of garlic and parmesan elevates this classic meatloaf, making it perfect for busy weeknights and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini meatloaves and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
