Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Description

Tender chicken marinated in garlic and Parmesan, grilled to perfection on skewers.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak them in water first)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate longer if time permits, and avoid overcooking. Can substitute cheese or add spices for variations.
