Description

Quick and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers, ideal for gatherings and weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and toss them in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Mix until combined.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers—about 3-4 pieces per skewer.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with the garlic Parmesan sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking for added flavor.

Notes

For a healthier touch, consider using skinless chicken breast or tofu for a vegetarian option. Marinate for at least an hour for deeper flavor. Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
