Description
Quick and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers, ideal for gatherings and weeknight meals.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and toss them in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Mix until combined.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers—about 3-4 pieces per skewer.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with the garlic Parmesan sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking for added flavor.
Notes
For a healthier touch, consider using skinless chicken breast or tofu for a vegetarian option. Marinate for at least an hour for deeper flavor. Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
