Description

Delicious and flavorful chicken skewers marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and parmesan, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2-3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers


Instructions

  1. Combine chicken pieces with ranch seasoning, minced garlic, grated parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers if using.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Place skewers on the grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a side of ranch dressing or extra parmesan. You can also add vegetables to the skewers for color and nutrition.
