Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Juice from 1 Fresh lemon
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1 tsp Thyme, dried
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken tenders, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served with tzatziki sauce or a fresh Greek salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
