Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, coating them thoroughly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
- Preheat the grill or oven. If using a grill, prepare for medium-high heat; for the oven, set to 400°F.
- Cook the chicken tenders for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
