Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled chicken, perfect for summer meals and versatile enough to be served in various dishes.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and ensure the grates are clean and oiled.
  4. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a flavor boost, top with chimichurri or tzatziki sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days.
