Description

A delicious grilled salmon recipe paired with a rich and zesty creamy Dijon sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 0.25 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh dill.
  4. Lightly coat the grill grates with olive oil. Grill the salmon skin-side down for 5-7 minutes on each side or until it easily flakes with a fork.
  5. Drizzle the creamy Dijon sauce over the grilled salmon before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream. Be careful not to overcook the salmon for best results.
