Ingredients
- 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
- 0.25 cup Dijon Mustard
- 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill, chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and fresh dill.
- Lightly coat the grill grates with olive oil. Grill the salmon skin-side down for 5-7 minutes on each side or until it easily flakes with a fork.
- Drizzle the creamy Dijon sauce over the grilled salmon before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream. Be careful not to overcook the salmon for best results.
