Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into large pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- Cherry tomatoes
- Zucchini, sliced into rounds
- Marinade: olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the beef: Place the beef cubes in the marinade, covering all sides. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prep the vegetables: While the beef marinates, cut the bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and gather the cherry tomatoes.
- Assemble the kabobs: Thread the marinated beef and assorted vegetables onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
- Heat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
