Description

Delightful grilled steak kabobs featuring marinated beef paired with vibrant vegetables, perfect for gatherings and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into large pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • Marinade: olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the beef: Place the beef cubes in the marinade, covering all sides. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Prep the vegetables: While the beef marinates, cut the bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and gather the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Assemble the kabobs: Thread the marinated beef and assorted vegetables onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  5. Heat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot: Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the beef overnight. Keep kabobs spaced apart when grilling for even cooking.
