2 tsp cornstarch
Bang Bang Sauce:

- 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- ½–1 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp honey
Rice Bowl Options:
Rice, shredded carrots, cucumbers, shelled edamame, cabbage, pickled onions, avocado, sesame seeds, sliced green onion
Instructions
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust sweetness or heat as preferred. Chill.
- Cook the Turkey: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and at 165°F.
- Season: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, broth, sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Thicken: Sprinkle cornstarch over the mixture, stir well, and cook until thickened. Stir in 2 Tbsp bang bang sauce for extra creaminess (optional).
- Assemble Bowls: Add rice to bowls, top with turkey mixture and veggies, then drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Add broth or soy sauce if the turkey mixture reduces too quickly. Store sauce and turkey separately in the fridge; turkey keeps 3–4 days, sauce up to 1 week. Freeze turkey mixture up to 3 months.
