Description
A delicious and healthy buffalo chicken wrap that’s easy to make and perfect for meal prep, game days, or a quick lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 Low carb tortillas
- 16 oz. Shredded chicken breast
- 8 tbsp Buffalo chicken sauce
- 2 tbsp Dry ranch seasoning
- 1 cup Fat-free cottage cheese
Instructions
- Cook and shred the chicken breast until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning; stir until combined.
- Gently fold the shredded chicken into the sauce mixture until well coated.
- Place a scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of a tortilla and wrap tightly.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat, seam-side down, and sear until golden and crisp on both sides.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze individually wrapped for later use.
