Description

A delicious and healthy buffalo chicken wrap that’s easy to make and perfect for meal prep, game days, or a quick lunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 Low carb tortillas
  • 16 oz. Shredded chicken breast
  • 8 tbsp Buffalo chicken sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup Fat-free cottage cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook and shred the chicken breast until tender.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning; stir until combined.
  3. Gently fold the shredded chicken into the sauce mixture until well coated.
  4. Place a scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of a tortilla and wrap tightly.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat, seam-side down, and sear until golden and crisp on both sides.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze individually wrapped for later use.
