Ingredients

- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat, then add grated carrots, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup. Stir thoroughly.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the oats reach your desired consistency.
- Serve warm, topped with your favorite additions like nuts or raisins.
Notes
