Description

A comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a rich cream sauce, perfect for busy days or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups of rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for added heat


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the broccoli to the skillet, cooking until tender yet vibrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta. Allow everything to heat through.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and well incorporated. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra cheese or herbs.

Notes
