Description

This comforting ramen dish combines tender chicken and a rich creamy garlic sauce, perfect for cozy nights or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 2 Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter (for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken pieces. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes to thicken.
  5. Cook the ramen noodles separately according to package directions, then drain.
  6. Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with the creamy chicken mixture. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For a lighter version, consider using lower-fat milk or coconut milk instead of heavy cream.
