Description

A comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken, garlic, and rich Parmesan, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 ounces of your favorite pasta (like penne or fettuccine)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan until combined. Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet, coating it with the pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh green salad or add sautéed vegetables for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
