Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or a lighter alternative)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
