Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (any type you prefer)
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, then add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Let it cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking. Serve warm with extra Parmesan and sides like salad or garlic bread.
