Description

A wholesome blend of garlic and Parmesan with succulent chicken and pasta, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any type you prefer)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking. Serve warm with extra Parmesan and sides like salad or garlic bread.
