A warm and filling casserole that combines savory ground beef, tender vegetables, and creamy cheese for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and add the chopped onion, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup and cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top generously with cheese.
  6. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. For added flavor, consider mixing different cheeses or using fresh herbs.
