Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen beef meatballs
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 12 ounces pasta (ziti or penne)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, and uncooked pasta.
- Mix in the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and cover with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
