Description

Delicious no-bake bars with peanut butter and oats, perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and peanut butter, mixing well.
  2. Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

For added texture, consider incorporating nuts or seeds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
