Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once firm, transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

Notes
