Description

A savory and sweet pasta dish featuring sautéed beef sausages in a honey garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • Beef sausages, sliced
  • Fresh garlic, minced
  • Honey
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef sausages and sauté until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), cooking until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle in honey and soy sauce, mixing to coat the sausages evenly.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
  6. Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld, then serve hot.
