Ingredients
- Fresh corn on the cob
- Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven.
- Grill the corn until slightly charred or roast in the oven.
- Let the corn cool before cutting the kernels off the cob.
- Combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to make the dressing.
- Add the corn kernels to the dressing and mix well.
