Description

A quick and nutritious salad packed with protein, perfect for busy nights or a delightful picnic addition.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 2 (3.5 oz) cans tuna – drained well and flaked
  • 3 chilled hard-boiled eggs – peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish

Instructions

  1. In a medium to large bowl, mix the mayo, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until a creamy dressing forms.
  2. Add the drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, red onion, and pickle relish to the bowl. Toss everything gently until all components are well-coated in the dressing.
  3. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Serve your Healthy Tuna Egg Salad over a bed of greens, on toasted bread, or with an assortment of crunchy crackers and fresh veggies.

Notes

For a healthier twist, swap mayo with Greek yogurt or tuna with canned salmon. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
