Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: herbs like thyme or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the cooked beef, diced vegetables, and cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sauté the beef with garlic or onion powder. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight.
