Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 cups Tater Tots
- Onion powder to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of chicken soup, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with Tater Tots, covering the entire surface.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and Tater Tots are golden brown.
