Description

A hearty casserole layered with ground beef, vegetables, Tater Tots, and cheese, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 cups Tater Tots
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of chicken soup, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with Tater Tots, covering the entire surface.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and Tater Tots are golden brown.

Notes

Serve with a garden salad or crusty bread. Can be topped with sour cream or green onions for extra flavor.
