Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic into the crockpot.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cover the pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
- Stir well before serving, and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider searing the kielbasa before adding to the crockpot. You can experiment with seasonal vegetables or add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
