Description

A comforting and flavorful slow-cooked meal featuring kielbasa, green beans, and baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic into the crockpot.
  2. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  4. Cover the pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
  5. Stir well before serving, and enjoy!

Notes
