Description

A vibrant and satisfying Steak Cobb Salad featuring juicy steak, crispy bacon, fresh vegetables, and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • Juicy steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • Crispy bacon
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Ripe avocados
  • Hardboiled eggs
  • Creamy avocado cilantro lime dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness. Let it rest, then slice.
  3. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in cold water, bringing to a boil, covering, and turning off the heat. Let sit for 12 minutes before peeling and chopping.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped lettuce, sliced steak, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, diced avocados, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Drizzle the creamy avocado cilantro lime dressing on top and toss to combine.
