Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add mixed vegetables, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread prepared mashed potatoes over the top evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes start to brown.
