Description
A quick and delicious protein-packed bowl featuring tender chicken, creamy cottage cheese, and zesty ranch dressing, topped off with BBQ sauce and cheddar.
Ingredients
- 1 Just Bare (or similar) chicken filet
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast in an air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once done, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a serving dish and top with the chicken.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with reduced-fat cheddar cheese.
- Microwave for 60 seconds to warm, stir, and serve.

Marinate chicken for extra flavor; substitute cottage cheese with Greek yogurt if desired.
