A healthy breakfast that combines rich chocolate flavors with creamy oats, packed with protein to kickstart your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (your favorite type)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, nuts, or seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, and sweetener.
  2. Pour in your milk and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Mix in the Greek yogurt, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  4. Add the dark chocolate chips and gently fold them into the mixture.
  5. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, give it a good stir, and top with your favorite fruits or nuts before serving.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider toasting the rolled oats before mixing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
