Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, honey, rolled oats, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture until everything is well combined; the texture should be thick and sticky.
- If you’re using chocolate chips, gently fold them into the mixture.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. For easier rolling, dampen your hands slightly.
