Description

A nostalgic twist on the classic Big Mac turned into a delicious wrap, perfect for casual dinners or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make your Big Mac-style sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet until they’re pliable.
  4. Lay the tortilla flat and generously spread a layer of the prepared sauce onto it.
  5. Layer a portion of ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced onions, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. For an extra crispy finish, optionally grill the wraps in a skillet for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap the ground beef for ground turkey or a plant-based alternative for a lighter version.
