A nostalgic twist on the classic Big Mac turned into a delicious wrap, perfect for casual dinners or parties.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese (American or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make your Big Mac-style sauce.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet until they’re pliable.
- Lay the tortilla flat and generously spread a layer of the prepared sauce onto it.
- Layer a portion of ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced onions, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go.
- For an extra crispy finish, optionally grill the wraps in a skillet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to swap the ground beef for ground turkey or a plant-based alternative for a lighter version.
